Previous Community Projects:

2008 - I assisted a Community Artist with Kala Sangam on a voluntary basis to gain confidence, working with young people in Girlington, Bradford and gained valuable experience in art practice within a community environment.

2009 - Worked with The Children's Univerity at Marley, Keighley West Yorkshire delivering x4 workshops with Primary School children with the theme of Space.

2009 - I conducted a workshop at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, part of the ‘Dark Skies in Yorkshire’ project.

2010 - At Craven Organisation for Drugs & Alcohol (CODA) I designed & facilitated a 6 session project on issues around substance misuse cullminating in an exhibition of the client's work in Skipton.

2011 - 2016 Have focused on personal practice as an artist & lone parenting, fighting adversity (again), but stronger for it.

2016 May - Started Creative Butterfly Sessions for survivors of domestic abuse.

2016 October - Awards for All Funding for The Creative Butterfly Project.

2017 National Lottery Awards Best Arts Project finalist.

2016- 11th July - Elizabethan Day with Year 5's from Crossflatts Primary School, celebrating the event held at Bingley Grammar School, a Gold Artsmark awarded school. Mural inspired by the Falconary Display earlier promoting the ethos of BGS - Belong, Grow, Succeed.   GALLERY IMAGES
